Ann Betz,
CPCC, The Center for Above the Line Living, has both a passion and a
gift for making teachings and theory real, understandable and
powerfully applicable in day-to-day life. A certified coach and
experienced trainer, Ann is the co-founder and former executive
director of the non-profit organization AmeriCoach, which provides
leadership development and training for young leaders engaged in
community service. Over the past seven years, Ann has developed and led
numerous workshops on using coaching skills in the workplace, effective
leadership, the power of living from love instead of fear, trusting
your inner wisdom, and creativity. She has worked extensively with
non-profit organizations, school districts, and volunteer programs on
strategic planning, team building, and leadership. She
lived in Costa Rica for four years with her family. She now lives in Minneapolis where she coaches, leads retreats,

Ursula Pottinga,
CPCC, Compass Coaching and Consulting; Everest Hospitality Consulting,
has over 20 years’ experience as a certified coach, facilitator and
trainer as well as a leader in the hotel industry. She believes
strongly in the power of weaving wisdom, intuition, and spirituality
into a practical, useful form. Her passion for learning and creative
expression is a hallmark of her work, which includes co-founding
AmeriCoach (also serving a term as the Executive Director), and most
recently, co-founding Everest Hospitality Consulting for the hotel and
hospitality industry. Ursula has co-created and led workshops with Ann
for the past five years and is also a certified prosperity guide who
leads workshops and provides coaching on creating abundance. She lives
